Artist’s Note: For the period of about a month during confinement due to the Covid virus, I made near-daily collages that illustrate my experience of this time. Incorporating found images from magazines, the internet, and newspapers, and integrating some mark-making and gluing them onto discarded prints, I found making these extremely cathartic. I then started posting these in my studio storefront windows. Watching people study them on their walks from the inside of my studio, has provided me (and hopefully them) with a meaningful experience of connectivity as they stroll by.
