Artist’s Note: PEACE, in an elementary school cafeteria, raises violent toys out of reach in the shape of a Dove of Peace. A Second-grade violent-toy drive removed knives and guns from child's play to feather a flying dove strung high in the rafters. PEACE flies above cafeteria tables for inquiring minds to contemplate how guns and swords can symbolize peace.
