Artist’s Note: Fire and Light references alternate diametrics of our time. Visions of a pastoral setting juxtapose and alternate with slow-motion flames posing a dialog between oppositions and referencing ancient beliefs that new life can be born when old ways meet their end. The piece proposes optimism in the face of sometimes grim and painful challenges.
