Artist’s Note: This piece was started shortly after the 2018 Parkland Florida mass shooting with the center crocheted section asking "if not now...When? It then evolved while on display for Art in Place 2020 when I invited my neighbors to add ribbons with their wishes and intentions written on them. I am now weaving this into a much larger tapestry, still devoted to the question of When...will we resolve gun violence, address climate change, support bodily autonomy and the right to choose for all humans...and so many more questions facing our society.
